重症脑血管护理中循证护理的作用

摘　　要：目的分析重症脑血管护理中循证护理的作用。方法选择2021年9月至2022年11月本院收治的100例重度脑血管疾病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施循证护理,比较两组患者的护理总疗效、昏睡情况(格拉斯哥昏迷评分量表)、日常生活自理能力[日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评价]、神经功能缺损情况[采取美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价]。结果试验组的治疗总疗效数值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的Glasgow评分、ADL评分、NHISS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对重症脑血管患者开展循证护理能有效改善患者的神经功能缺损情况以及昏迷症状,改善日常生活自理能力,降低相关并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the role of evidence-based nursing in severe cerebrovascular care.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 patients with severe cerebrovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to November 2022.They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group.The reference group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received evidence-based nursing care.The total nursing efficacy,drowsiness status(evaluated by Glasgow drowsiness scale),daily living ability(evaluated by ALD scale),and Neurological impairment(evaluated by NHISS).Results The total therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The Glasgow score,ALD score,and NHISS score of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting evidence-based nursing for severe cerebrovascular patients can effectively improve their neurological deficits and coma symptoms,improve their ability to take care of themselves in daily life,and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
