摘　　要：目的 调查河北省学校直饮水水质卫生状况及其影响因素,为学校饮用水的监督管理及学生饮水安全提供参考依据。方法 随机抽取2021年河北省共320所直饮水学校,根据GB/T5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》进行水质监测;根据GB/T5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》进行水质评价。结果 调查的320所学校中,水质合格率为91.25%(292/320)。城区和乡镇学校水质合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。托幼机构、小学和中学水质监测合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。寄宿制学校水质监测合格率低于非寄宿制学校,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。全省范围内北部、南部、东部、西部、中部地区合格率分别为98%、92.86%、82.5%、98%和90%,地区间水质监测合格率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 河北省学校直饮水水质情况总体较好,西北部地区水质抽检结果最好,中南部地区次之,东部地区水质较差,各地应因地制宜,一市一策,针对各地的薄弱环节加强宣传教育与监督管理,进一步提高学校饮用水卫生安全水平。Objective To investigate the sanitary quality of direct drinking water in schools in Hebei Province and its influencing factors,thus providing references for the supervision and management of direct drinking water in schools and the drinking water safety for students.Methods A total of 320 schools equipped with direct drinking water in Hebei Province were randomly selected in 2021,and the sanitary quality was monitored according to the Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water–Microbiological Parameters(GB/T5750-2006).The sanitary quality was evaluated according to the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB/T5749-2006).Results The qualified rate of sanitary quality of direct drinking water in 320 schools in Hebei Province was 91.25%(292/320),which was comparable between urban and rural schools(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of sanitary quality of direct drinking water among the nursery,primary and secondary schools(P>0.05),which,in the boarding schools was significantly lower than that of non-boarding schools(P<0.01).The qualified rate of sanitary quality of direct drinking water in schools of the northern,southern,eastern,western and central regions of Hebei Province was 98%,92.86%,82.5%,98%and 90%respectively,showing a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Sanitary quality of direct drinking water in schools in Hebei Province is generally good,which is the best in the northwest region,followed by the central and southern regions.The worst sanitary quality is detected in the eastern region.Tailored measures based on local conditions,including publicity,education,supervision and management,are needed to enhance the sanitary quality of direct drinking water in schools in Hebei Province.
