摘　　要：高校实验室在高校教学科研工作中发挥着重要的作用,PDCA循环模型应用于高校实验室的日常管理,旨在通过构建安全管理体系、实施安全管理措施、落实安全监督检查以及强化安全问题整改等四个层面,把安全理念贯穿实验室建设与管理的全领域、全过程,逐步提高实验室的整体安全管理水平。此外,PDCA循环模型的创建还需要人们对PDCA循环理念的特点、原理、应用方法进行分析,以此创建模型,并将PDCA循环模型有效应用到高校实验室安全文化建设工作中。University laboratories play an important role in the education and research work.PDCA cycle model is applied to the daily management of university laboratories,aiming to run the safety concept through the whole field and process of laboratory construction and management through the construction of safety management system,the implementation of safety management measures,the implementation of safety supervision and inspection,and the strengthening of safety problems rectification,improving the overall safety management level of the laboratory gradually.In addition,the creation of the PDCA cycle model also requires people to analyze the characteristics,principles and application methods of the PDCA cycle concept,so as to create the model,and effectively apply the PDCA cycle model to the construction of laboratory safety culture in universities.
