教与学双视角下专业会计硕士人才培养实践探索——以沈阳建筑大学专业会计硕士为例

摘  要:专业硕士研究生培养是硕士研究生教育的重要组成部分,基于教与学双视角,运用问卷调查的方式,以沈阳建筑大学专业会计硕士(Master of Professional Accounting)为例,从课程教学、实践教学、双师型师资、学位论文写作、培养成效等方面对专业会计硕士人才培养实际情况进行剖析,提出了加大应用型课程开发、强化校外导师和校外实践基地人才培养作用、提升案例教学人才培养效果等教学建议,并从学生的角度提出了增加文献阅读、深入专业探索和在实习实践中勤于思考的学习建议。Professional master training is an important part of postgraduate education.Based on the dual perspective of teaching and learning,this paper takes the master of professional accounting in Shenyang Jianzhu University as an example,analyzes the actual situation of talent training from course teaching,experiment teaching,double-qualified teachers and dissertation in the way of questionnaire survey.Then the paper puts forward teaching suggestions such as increasing the development of application-oriented courses,strengthening the role of extramural tutors and practice bases,and improving the effect of case study.From the perspective of students,it puts forward some learning suggestions,such as increasing the depth exploration of literature reading and expanding the specialty,and being diligent in thinking in practice.
