摘　　要：新时代,大学生思想政治教育工作面临新的时代特点、新的学生话语体系。高校思想政治教育工作的话语信息编码与学生解码往往不在同一频道上,无法有效实现同频共振,需要研究学生思想动态信息采集、育人信息编码及信息有效传播。基于信息论的启示,建议在基础层合理采样,积极掌握学生的思想动态;在资源层把准学生需求,主动提供优质教育资源;在实践层编好育人重要“特征码”,实现育人信息有效传播,催化学生主动解码,提高育人实效。The ideological and political education of college students in the new era faces new characteristics of the new era and the new system of student discourse.The information coding of ideological and political work discourse and students'decoding are often not on the same channel,so it is difficult to effectively achieve the same frequency resonance.It is necessary to study the collection of dynamic information on students'thoughts,the encoding of educational information,and the effective dissemination of information codes.Based on the inspiration of information theory,it is recommended to reasonably sample at the basic level and actively grasp students'ideological dynamics,accurately identify students'demands at the resource level and actively provide high-quality educational resources,and compile important feature codes for education at the practical level and achieve effective dissemination of educational information codes,catalyze students'active decoding,so as to improve the effectiveness of education.
