摘 要:采用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,以湖北科技学院为例,对地方高校体育人力资源社会化服务进行研究,分析认为高校体育专业师生直接服务于全民健身,是弥补当前社会体育指导力量不足的有效手段,是新时代全民健身发展提出的新需求。高校体育人力资源在社会服务践行中存在主动意识不强、服务内容单一、服务信息不畅、缺乏激励机制等问题,可以从转变师生观念、完善知识结构、搭建信息平台、健全激励机制等方面加以优化,使高校主动融入地方,实现资源共享,对推动高校体育与社会体育融合发展具有重要意义。By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview and logical analysis,taking Hubei University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper studies the socialized service of sports human resources in local colleges and universities.It is concluded that the teachers and students of college sports majors directly serve the national fitness,which is an effective means to make up for the current shortage of social sports guidance and a new demand for the development of national fitness in the new era.There are some problems in the practice of social service in colleges and universities,such as weak initiative consciousness,single service content,poor service information,and lack of incentive mechanism.It is of great significance to promote the integration and development of college sports and social sports by optimizing the concepts of teachers and students,improving the knowledge structure,setting up the information platform,and perfecting the incentive mechanism.
