摘  要:随着我国高等教育体系的不断发展,高校对大学生职业发展能力的培养显得愈发重要。目前,大学毕业生在踏入劳动力市场时仍存在一些突出问题。黄河科技学院依照全人教育理念,通过考察、分析和探索大学生职业发展能力的现实状况、影响因素和提升路径,切实增强大学生的职业发展能力,为应用技术类高等学校大力培养新时代具有全方位职业发展能力的大学生提供了真实例证与有益思考。With the continuous development of the higher education system in China,it becomes more and more important for universities to cultivate the career development ability of university students.At present,there still exist some prominent problems when university students enter the labor market.In accordance with the concept of whole-person education,Huanghe Science&Technology College has investigated,analyzed and explored the actual situation,the influencing factors,and the improvement path of university students’career development ability,and effectively enhanced their career development ability,which provide real examples and beneficial thinking for applied technology universities to vigorously cultivate the students with all-round career development ability in the new era.
