混合盲样菌株鉴定过程分析与体会

摘　　要：2021年5月,建德市疾病预防控制中心接到1份盲样菌株鉴定考核任务,考核项目为菌株鉴定(若检出副溶血弧菌、沙门菌、志贺菌,则同时进行血清分型并报告其结果;若检出致病性大肠埃希菌,则同时进行毒力基因检测并报告其结果),检测依据为《国家致病菌识别网技术规范》。通过对拿到的半固体琼脂穿刺培养物进行观察,初步分析为混合菌株盲样,但经过一系列分离培养鉴定后,只检出一种目标菌。作者调整思路,通过改变培养条件,成功分离出了第2株目标菌,分析检测过程,供同行参考。In May 2021,Jiande City Center for Disease Control and Prevention received a task of blind strain identification.The assessment item was strain identification(if Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Salmonella and Shigella were detected,serological typing was conducted and the results were reported;if pathogenic Escherichia coli was detected,virulence gene test should be conducted and the results were reported),the test was based on Technical Specification of the National Pathogenic Bacteria Identification Network.Through the observation of the semi-solid AGAR puncture culture obtained,the preliminary analysis was mixed strain blind sample,but after a series of isolation culture identification,only one target bacteria was detected.Then the author isolated the second target strain by changing culture conditions.The detection process is reported and analyzed for the reference of peers.
