摘 要:以4年生避雨栽培的‘阳光玫瑰’和‘巨玫瑰’葡萄为试材,对葡萄果实进行人工诱导日灼处理,研究不同物候期人工诱导日灼处理下两品种日灼发生情况及特点,以及不同发育期和不同日灼进程葡萄果实的总酚含量变化,探索葡萄果实日灼发生的表面阈值温度、敏感时期及日灼与果实总酚含量的关系。结果表明,在人工诱导日灼处理下‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄在E-L31~E-L33时期较容易发生日灼,在E-L33时期对日灼最敏感;‘巨玫瑰’葡萄在E-L31与E-L32时期较容易发生日灼,在E-L32时期对日灼最敏感。整个果实发育期‘阳光玫瑰’较‘巨玫瑰’葡萄更易发生日灼,两品种在日灼发生进程中果实总酚含量均在日灼诱导后有一次显著升高,‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄正常果中总酚含量在各个发育期均显著低于‘巨玫瑰’葡萄,表明果实总酚含量与日灼发生率有一定相关性。In this study,four-year-old'Shine Muscat'and'Jumeigui'grapes under rain-shelter-cultivation were used as test materials to induce artificially sunburn treatment on grape fruits.The changes and differences of sunburn occurrence of'Shine Muscat'and'Jumeigui'grape varieties under artificial sunburn treatment at different phenological periods were studied,as well as the changes of total phenol content in grape fruits at different developmental stages and different sunburn processes.The surface threshold temperature,sensitive period and the relationship between sunburn and total phenol content of grape fruits were explored.The results showed that'Shine Muscat'grapes were more prone to sunburn during E-L31 to E-L33 under artificial induction of sunburn,and were most sensitive to sunburn during E-L33.'Jumeigui'grapes were more prone to sunburn during E-L31 and E-L32,and were most sensitive to sunburn during E-L32.During the whole fruit development period,'Shine Muscat'grape was more prone to sunburn than'Jumeigui'grape.The total phenolic content of'Shine Muscat'and'Jumeigui'grapes increased significantly after sunburn induction during the process of sunburn,and the total phenolic content of'Shine Muscat'grape normal fruit was significantly lower than that of'Jumeigui'grape in each development period,indicating that the total phenolic content of fruit has a certain relationship with the occurrence of sunburn.
