摘  要:在水温22℃~24℃下,将体质量(92.76±6.63)g的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)放在直径1 m、水深78 cm的塑料缸中暂养2个月后,在0 bl/s(对照组)、0.5 bl/s、1 bl/s和1.5 bl/s流速下,每组3个平行养殖缸,每缸14尾鱼,进行70 d游泳训练,训练结束后测定草鱼肌肉及肝脏中过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化力(Total Antioxidant Capacity,T-AOC)及其基因表达水平,研究流速对草鱼幼鱼抗氧化性能的影响。结果显示,在0.5 bl/s与1.0 bl/s流速下草鱼红肌cat、gpx基因表达水平显著降低,而不同流速对其他组织中cat、gpx和sod基因表达水平无显著影响。1.5 bl/s流速显著抑制草鱼红肌的SOD酶活,但显著提升腹肌中SOD酶活以及肝脏T-AOC活性;1.0 bl/s流速显著提升GSH-Px活性。以上结果表明,适宜的水流速度可以提升草鱼肝脏、肌肉的抗氧化能力,因而在草鱼养殖中进行游泳训练具有积极的意义。The peroxidation including catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and the related gene expression levels were measured in the muscle and liver of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)with body mass of(92.76±6.63)g placed in a plastic tank with a diameter of 1 m and a water depth of 78 cm and exposed to different current velocities of 0 bl/s(control group),0.5 bl/s,1 bl/s and 1.5 bl/s at water temperature of 22℃~24℃for 70 days to investigate the effect of flow rate on the antioxidant properties of juvenile grass carp.The results showed that the expression levels of cat and gpx genes in red muscle were significantly down-regulated at water velocities of 0.5 bl/s and 1.0 bl/s(P<0.05),without significant effects of different velocities on the expression levels of three genes in other tested tissues(P>0.05).The water velocity of 1.5 bl/s,however,led to significantly inhibit the SOD activity in the red muscle(P<0.05),while to significantly increase the SOD activity in the abdominal muscle and the hepatic T-AOC activity(P<0.05).Moreover,the water velocity of 1.0 bl/s resulted in significantly up-regulated GSH-Px activity.The findings indicate that suitable water velocity can improve the antioxidant capacity of grass carp liver and muscle,which exercise training has a positive effect in grass carp culture.
