摘  要:为解决传统的转动惯量估测方法对新型电力系统各关键聚合电源的综合惯量估测结果准确性较低的问题,提出了一种基于电网侧相量测量单元(PMU)的聚合电源等效惯性常数估测方法。该方法首先对PMU获取的聚合电源汇集点频率与有功功率变化率数据进行降噪,然后采用Tikhonov正则化算法估测聚合电源的等效惯性常数;最后采用改进的WSCC 9节点系统对该方法进行仿真测试。结果表明所提方法对聚合电源等效惯性常数估测结果具有极高准确性,对测量噪声的鲁棒性强,可用于新型电力系统综合惯量水平估测。To address the problem of inaccurate estimation of the comprehensive inertia of key aggregated power sources in new power systems using traditional rotational inertia estimation methods,a new method is proposed to estimate the equivalent inertia constant of aggregated voltage sources based on the ambient measurement of the phasor measurement units(PMUs)at the grid side.The proposed method firstly denoises the frequency and active change rate of the power obtained through PMU at the point of interconnection,and the regularized data regression algorithm is used to accurately identify the equivalent inertia constant of aggregate power source connected to the point.Finally,the improved WSCC 9-node system is used to test this method.The simulation results prove the proposed method has high accuracy,strong robustness against the measurement noise,is feasible to estimate the inertia level of new power system.
