摘 要:目的分析中医基础理论教学的研究现状、热点及未来研究趋势。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)2012-2021年有关中医基础理论教学的文献,采用CiteSpace6.1.R1及统计软件分析发文量、发文作者、关键词及文献被引量等,总结目前本学科研究存在的问题,提出解决方法,并分析教学发展趋势。结果纳入文献423篇,发文量随中医药发展环境及政策波动,总体保持较高热度。研究作者集中度较高,不同研究团队作者间学术联系较弱,发文质量有提高空间。关键词频次排名前5位为教学改革、教学、教学方法、教学模式、中医思维,研究热点包括教学改革、教学设计、课程思政、翻转课堂、问题式教学法(PBL)、慕课和教学过程六要素(BOPPPS)教学模式等。结论中医基础理论教学受到学者们重视,课程思政、网络教学、教学改革、BOPPPS教学模式等是今后研究主要方向,应鼓励积极探索新教学方法,因材施教,不断激发学生对中医的学习兴趣,提高内在素养,培养中医人才。Objective To analyze the current research status,hotspots,and future research trends in the teaching of TCM basic theory.Methods The literature about the teaching of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine in China Knowledge Resource Database(CNKI)was searched.CiteSpace 6.1.R1 and statistical software were used to analyze the number of published articles,authors,keywords and cited documents,etc.The problems existing in the research of this subject were summarized,the solutions were put forward,and the development trend of teaching was analyzed.Results A total of 423 articles were included,and the number of articles fluctuated with the development environment and policies of TCM,with a high degree of popularity overall.The concentration of research authors was high,and the academic connection between authors from different research teams was weak.Hence,there was room for improving the quality of articles.The top five keywords in the frequency ranking were“teaching reform”,“teaching”,“teaching method”,“teaching mode”and“TCM thinking”.Research hotspots included teaching reform,teaching design,ideological and political education,flip class,PBL,MOOC and BOPPPS teaching mode,etc.Conclusion Scholars attach importance to the teaching of TCM basic theory,suggesting that ideological and political education,online teaching,teaching reform and BOPPPS teaching mode are the main research directions in the future.It is encouraged to actively explore new teaching methods,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,continuously stimulate students’interest in learning TCM,improve their internal quality and cultivate TCM talents.
