基于“中年振基”思想探析张景岳补肾抗衰老理论和方药应用

摘　　要：明代著名医家、养生学家张景岳,潜心研究《素问》《灵枢》,其学术思想深受《黄帝内经》“治未病”思想影响,“中年振基”是其在代表作《景岳全书》提出的重要学术观点。基于“中年振基”思想,认为振复元(肾)气是抗衰老的根本途径,张氏所创之左归丸、右归丸、大补元煎等补肾名方可应用于阿尔茨海默病、骨质疏松症、卵巢早衰、性功能障碍等中老年常见疾病的治疗,并取得较好疗效。“中年振基”思想可为中医药抗衰老及防治中老年疾病提供思路。Zhang Jingyue,a famous physician and health expert in the Ming Dynasty,devoted himself to the study of Su Wen and Ling Shu.His academic ideas were deeply influenced by the idea of“treating diseases before they occur”in the Huang Di Nei Jing.“Laying foundation at middle ages”is an important academic viewpoint proposed by him in his representative work Jing Yue Quan Shu.Based on the concept of“laying foundation at middle ages”,it is believed that revitalizing the kidney qi is the fundamental way to resist aging.The kidney tonifying formulas such as Zuogui Pills,Yougui Pills,and Dabuyuan Decoction created by Zhang can be applied to the treatment of common middle-aged and elderly diseases(Alzheimer’s disease,osteoporosis,premature ovarian failure,sexual dysfunction,etc.)and achieve good results.The idea of“Laying Foundation at Middle Ages”can provide ideas for TCM to combat aging and prevent diseases in the middle-aged and elderly.
