摘　　要：张仲景临证重视顾护脾胃,创建中法原为虚劳所设,常用小建中汤、黄芪建中汤建中兼调阴阳,大建中汤则主治虚劳土衰而寒象明显者,既可建中又有温阳之力。李东垣继承并发展了建中思想,把握“脾气宜升”“脾喜燥恶湿”特点,创升阳益胃汤、补中益气汤及升阳除湿汤,善用风药升阳除湿。土健则气血阴阳化生有源,建中法可应用于临床各科虚损之病,建中理论内涵与运用值得探讨。Zhang Zhongjing attached great importance to the protection of the spleen and stomach in clinical practice.The created method of Jianzhong was originally set up for consumptive disease.Xiaojianzhong Decoction and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction are commonly used to regulate yin and yang in Jianzhong,while Dajianzhong Decoction is mainly used to treat consumptive disease with obvious cold syndrome,and has the efficacy of reinforcing the spleen and stomach and warming yang.Li Dongyuan inherited and developed the thought of Jianzhong,grasped the characteristics of“spleen qi should rise”and“spleen likes dryness and aversion to dampness”,created Shengyang Yiwei Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Shengyang Chushi Decoction,and made good use of wind medicine to raise yang and remove dampness.Strong middle energizer is the source of qi,blood,yin and yang.The method of Jianzhong can be applied to the deficiency disease of clinical departments.The connotation and application of Jianzhong theory are worth of discussion.
