摘 要:实验室建立随钻四极子声波测井仪测试规范,对仪器的研制具有重要意义.本文采用三维有限差分方法研究了随钻四极子仪器在闭合及开口充液圆管中的波场,分析了各种分波及其频散特征,提出了采用随钻四极子0阶模式管波进行仪器标定的方法.深入分析了随钻四极子声波测井仪器在开口圆槽不同方位的四极子阵列信号及合成信号的差异,认为圆槽的开口角越小,越有利于提高管波信号的幅度.根据理论模拟结果设计了随钻四极子测井仪器标定圆槽,并在充液圆槽中进行了实验研究.实验观测到了随钻四极子0阶模式管波信号,其慢度值约为1125μs/m,与理论计算结果有很好的一致性.该方法为随钻四极子声波测井仪实验室标定方法提供了思路.Establishing test specification in the laboratory is of great significance to develop LWD quadrupole acoustic logging tool.In the present work,quadrupole wave field are studied in a fluid-filled trough and closed pipe by using 3D finite difference algorithm,and various partial waves and their dispersion characteristics are also analyzed.It is proposed to calibrate LWD quadrupole tool by using 0-order mode tube wave.The differences of quadrupole composite signals and quadrupole array signals in different azimuths are deeply analyzed.The smaller opening angle of trough,the more beneficial it is to increase amplitude of the tube wave.According to the theoretical simulation results,a trough is designed for LWD quadrupole tool.Experimental results show that the 0-order mode tube wave is observed experimentally,and the slowness value is about 1125μs/m,which is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results.This method provides a idea for calibration of LWD quadrupole acoustic logging tool in laboratory.
