摘　　要：液压扭矩扳手是指能够输出和设定扭矩的一种螺栓紧固工具,属于高压液压工具,被广泛应用于重化工业领域的设备检修和安装。本文以HYTORC制造的HY系列液压扭矩扳手为例,介绍液压扭矩扳手计量校准过程中的一些注意事项,并对校准结果的不确定度进行分析。Hydraulic torque wrench refers to a bolt tightening tool that can output and set torque.It belongs to high-pressure hydraulic tools and is widely used in equipment maintenance and installation in multiple heavy chemical industry fields.This article takes the HY series hydraulic torque wrench manufactured by HYTORC as an example to introduce some precautions in the calibration process of hydraulic torque wrenches and analyze the uncertainty of the calibration results.
