摘　　要：沙门氏菌病是危害水禽业养殖业重要的细菌性传染病之一,为了解鸭源沙门氏菌的血清型、耐药性以及基因型特征的分布情况,试验对徐州地区发病鸭采用沙门氏菌PCR鉴定,对分离获得的沙门氏菌进行了生化、血清型鉴定,并进行药敏试验与脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型。研究结果表明,分离鉴定的6株沙门氏菌的优势血清型为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,占50%;药敏试验结果表明,6株沙门氏菌分离株对克林霉素耐药性最高,其次是头孢吡肟、头孢拉定、庆大霉素、红霉素、复方新诺明、多黏菌素B,并且多重耐药性严重,达100%;对甲氧苄氨嘧啶、氯霉素、四环素较敏感。PFGE显示6株分离株基因型成多样性,相似度大于50%,具有流行相关性。Salmonella is one of the most important bacterial infectious diseases in waterfowl industry.To understand the distribution of serotype,drug resistance and genotype characteristics of Salmonella isolates from ducks,Salmonella isolated from ducks in Xuzhou was identified by PCR,then Salmonella isolates from ducks were further determined by biochemical,serological,antimicrobial susceptibility test and PFGE molecular typing.The results showed that the predominant serotypes of isolates were Salmonella typhimurium,accounting for 50%;The drug sensitivity test showed that six Salmonella isolates had the highest resistance to clindamycin,followed by cefepime,cefradine,gentamicin,erythromycin,trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole and polymyxin B,six isolates were severe multi-drug resistance with the rate of 100%,but more sensitive to trimethoprim,chloramphenicol and tetracycline.PFGE showed that six isolates were genotypic diversity,similarity was more than 50%and had epidemic correlation.
