摘 要:蛋白质乙酰化是一种广泛存在于真核生物和原核生物中的翻译后修饰,该过程可由蛋白乙酰转移酶Pat酶化或非酶乙酰化完成。沙门氏菌感染的毒力和致病性均受到蛋白质乙酰化的调控和影响。论文综述了乙酰化稳态如何影响细菌的耐酸性、调节沙门氏菌致病性岛1(SPI-1)调节因子HilD的活性和稳定性、调节双组分系统的活性以影响毒力基因的表达,以及某些转录调节因子的赖氨酸乙酰化对沙门氏菌毒力的影响等方面,为沙门氏菌的致病机制研究和相关药物的研发提供了理论基础。Protein acetylation is a common post-translational modification that exists in both eukaryotic and prokaryotic organisms.This process can be accomplished by protein acetyltransferases or non-enzymatic acetylation.The virulence and pathogenicity of Salmonella infection are both regulated and influenced by protein acetylation.This paper reviews how acetylation homeostasis affects bacterial acid resistance,regulates the activity and stability of the Salmonella Pathogenicity Island 1(SPI-1)regulatory factor HilD,regulates the activity of two-component systems to affect the expression of virulence genes,and how the acetylation of certain transcriptional regulatory factors affects the virulence of Salmonella.This provides a theoretical basis for research on the pathogenic mechanisms of Salmonella and the development of related drug targets.
