摘  要:针对中天钢铁1580m^(3)高炉鼓风湿度波动大的状况,采用了脱湿鼓风技术。8号、9号高炉应用实践表明,脱湿效果明显,鼓风湿度正常稳定在9~11 g/m^(3),最低为8g/m^(3),风口前理论燃烧温度稳定在2290℃左右。与脱湿鼓风前相比,日产量增加78.26t/d,焦比降低3.21 kg/t,煤比上升7.62kg/t,燃料比下降16.33kg/t,煤气利用率提高1.46个百分点。高炉采用脱湿鼓风技术,对提高入炉风量,稳定理论燃烧温度,以及提高煤比、降低焦比、增加日产量等,起到了一定的促进作用,但也带来了鼓风机吸入侧机壳、管壁结露的问题,为避免腐蚀,需要在相应位置加设保温层。Facing great humidity fluctuation of blast to Zenith Steel 1580m'BF,blast dehumidification technology is adopted.The application of the technology in No.8 and No.9 BF results in ideal dehumidification effect with the blast humidity stabilized at 9-1l g/m^(3) normally and 8 g/m^(3) min.;and the theoretical flame temperature before the tuyer estabilized at about 2290°C.The daily production output climbs up by 78.26t/d,the coke ratefalls by 3.21 kg/t,the coal rate increases by 7.62kg/t,the fuel rate decreases by 16.33kg/t,and the gas utilization rate improves by 1.46%as compared with those before blast dehumidification.It is proved that the application of blast dehumidification technology promotes the increase of the furnace blast flowrate,coal rate and daily output,and it is helpful for the stabilization of the theoretical combustion temperature,but it also brings condensation on the blower casing at suction side and pipe wall.Thus insulation layer should be used accordingly to prevent corrosion.
