“双高”背景下基于“三金”策略协同育人工作模式的探索与实践——以杨凌职业技术学院旅游与管理学院为例

摘　　要：为全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务,按照杨凌职业技术学院“四位一体”人才培养方案,“双高”建设任务以及“提质培优”工作要求,旅游与管理学院对标职业本科高层次人才培养,探索实践基于“三金”策略(“金领导师+金牌辅导员+金禾班主任”)协同育人工作模式,创新人才培养,取得了较好的教育效果。In order to fully implement the Party’s educational policy and the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents,according to the qualified talent training program,the task of“Double High Plan”construction and the“quality improvement and excellence training”requirements of Yangling Vocational and Technical College,the College of Tourism and Management aimed at the high-level talent training of vocational undergraduate education,built a“Three Gold”strategy“Jinling instructor+Jinpai tutor+Jinhe class teacher”collaborative education mechanism,explored and implemented the talent training mode of academic tutorial system,and achieved good educational results.
