摘  要:北京地铁昌平线南延线02段工程采用异形钢套筒侧向始发技术,实现地面空间不足条件下的盾构始发,文章通过数值模拟和现场监测对异形钢套筒和洞门连接处的安全性进行分析,结果表明洞门采用预埋宽15cm、厚12mm的预埋钢板与异形钢套筒焊接后,在整个盾构机始发过程中结构安全系数均在2.0以上,满足安全规范要求。The 02 section of the Changping line southbound extension of the Bejing metro adopts the side launching technique with special-shaped steel sleeves to achieve shield machine launching under insufficient ground space conditions.The article analyzes the safety of the connection between the special-shaped steel sleeve and the tunnel gate through numerical simulation and onsite monitoring.The results show that the structural safety factor during the entire launching process of the shield machine is above 2.0,meeting the safety requirements of the regulations,when the tunnel gate embedding a steel plate with a width of 15 cm and a thickness of 12 mm is welded with a special-shaped steel sleeve.
