摘　　要：分级诊疗体系下,提升社区卫生服务机构医疗服务和合理用药水平,是实现“小病进社区,大病进医院”这一目标的基础和关键。提升合理用药水平是一项系统工程。本文总结了丰台区对这一问题以处方点评为抓手,以培训为主要手段,以药学服务为辅助的工作实践。In the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,improving the medical service and drug use rationality in community health service institutions is the foundation and key to realize the goal of treating ailments in community health service institutions and major diseases in hospitals.It is a systematic project to improve the drug use rationality.This article summarizes the practice of prescription evaluation as the starting point,training as the main means,and pharmaceutical services as auxiliary in Fengtai district of Beijing.
