摘  要:针对电液伺服驱动的结晶器非正弦振动装置系统复杂、设备昂贵、维护费用高等问题,提出一种伺服电机-偏心轴-连杆驱动的结晶器非正弦振动技术。首先,阐述了伺服电机-偏心-连杆驱动实现结晶器非正弦振动的原理;其次,给出了实现结晶器非正弦振动时伺服电机转动规律的推导方法,并针对具体的非正弦振动波形函数,推导了伺服电机的转动规律表达式;最后,在实验室的试验样机上进行振动试验,结果表明,采用伺服电机-偏心-连杆驱动系统,能够准确地实现结晶器非正弦振动波形,设备运行平稳。本研究提出的结晶器非正弦振动技术可以大幅度降低设备成本和维修费用、延长设备维修周期,提高设备稳定性,有助于提高铸坯质量及拉坯速度,具有很大的推广价值。Aiming at the problems of complex system,expensive equipment and high maintenance cost of non-sinusoidal oscillation device for mold driven by hydraulic servo cylinder,a new type of mold non-sinusoidal oscillation technology with eccentric shaft linkage driven by servo motor was proposed.Firstly,the working principle to realize the non-sinusoidal oscillation technology was described.Secondly,the method for determining the rotation rule of servo motor was given.And for a non-sinusoidal oscillation waveform function,the servo motor rotation speed formula was given.Finally,on the prototype machine,the experiments were carried out.The results show that the servo motor-eccentric shaft-linkage system can realize the non-sinusoidal oscillation waveform precisely,and the equipment runs smoothly.The technology of non-sinusoidal oscillation driven by servo motor-eccentric shaft-linkage system has many advantages,such as lower equipment cost and maintenance cost,the long maintenance cycle,and equipment moving smoothly.This technology can be adapted to high casting speed and helps to promote the slab surface quality.It has the market prospect and the value of popularization.
