实习护生生涯适应力现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查实习护生的生涯适应力现状及其影响因素,为提高实习护生的生涯适应力提供参考依据。方法于2022年3—4月选取在北京某三级甲等综合医院实习的各高校的466名实习护生为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、生涯适应力量表、心理韧性量表进行调查。采用单因素和多元线性回归分析影响实习护生生涯适应力的因素。结果实习护生生涯适应力得分为90.10±14.02分,各维度得分均衡。单因素分析结果显示,不同学历、学业成绩、是否参加过职业生涯相关课程的实习护生在生涯适应力上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,心理韧性、学历、是否参加过职业生涯相关课程是实习护生生涯适应力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论实习护生生涯适应力处于中等偏上水平,学历高、心理韧性强、参加过职业生涯相关课程的实习护生生涯适应力较强。Objective To investigate the current status of career resilience and the influencing factors of intern nursing students,and to provide reference basis for improving the career resilience of intern nursing students.Methods From March to April 2022,466 nurse interns from various universities who were interns in a ClassⅢGrade A general hospital in Beijing were selected as the study objects,they were surveyed by using the general information questionnaire,the career resilience scale,and the mental toughness scale.The inflnencing factors of career adaptability of intern students were analysed by single factor ard multiple linear regression analysis.Results The career adaptability score of the intern nursing students was 90.10±14.02 points,and the scores of each dimension were balanced.The results of univariate analysis showed that the differences in career resilience among nurse interns with different academic qualifications,academic performance,and whether they had attended career-related courses were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that mental toughness,academic achievement,and whether or not they had attended career-related courses were infl uential factors in career resilience of intern nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusion The career resilience of intern nursing students is in the middle to upper level,and the career resilience of intern nursing students with high education,strong mental toughness,and having participated in career-related courses is stronger.
