以体育人视角下青少年体育运动习惯养成策略研究

摘　　要：体育教育成为高校落实立德树人根本任务的有效抓手。青少年是国家的未来,其体能状况、身体健康状态将决定未来人才的质量。促进青少年养成良好的体育运动习惯,有利于促进其身心健康、强健体魄。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,明确了在“以体育人”理念下,影响青少年体育运动习惯养成的主要因素有:体育运动主体地位不明显,体育运动联动机制不完善,家庭教育不到位和社会体育活动的开展情况不乐观。为此,在体育运动活动中,应彰显青少年的主体地位,建立完善的体育运动联动机制,实现青少年体育与家庭全员体育共同发展,大力开展丰富多元的社会体育活动,全面提升青少年体能的综合水平。Physical education has become an effective starting point for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of Lide and cultivate people.Young people are the future of a country,and their physical condition and health will determine the quality of future talents.Training young people to form a good habit of sports,conducive to promoting physical and mental health,strong body.Based on the method of literature and logical analysis,it is made clear that under the concept of cultivating people through sports,the development of youth sports habits is mainly affected by four aspects:The principal position of sports activities is not obvious,the linkage mechanism of sports activities is not perfect,the family education is not in place and the so‐cial sports activities are not optimistic.Therefore,the principal position of teenagers should be demonstrated in sports activities,and a perfect linkage mechanism should be established to realize the common development of youth sports and the whole family sports,and the rich and diversified social sports activities should be vigorously carried out.Comprehensively improve the compre‐hensive level of adolescent physical fitness.
