摘  要:产教融合是产业结构迭代升级下应用型人才培养模式改革的重要举措。基于协同理论,浙江工业大学之江学院围绕主体协同、目标协同和资源协同构建了产教融合协同育人体系。在该体系指导下,学院的应用型人才培养取得了较好的成效,能够为同类院校应用型人才培养提质增效提供新思路,即引导企业深入参与人才培养,发挥校企协同育人的主体作用;明确协同育人目标,培养高素质应用型人才;对接协同育人资源,优势互补。The integration of local industries and education plays a crucial role in the development of application-oriented talents required for the upgrading of industrial structures.Drawing on the principles of Synergetics,and recognizing the collaborative roles of both universities and enterprises as education stakeholders with shared goals and resources,Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of Technology has implemented a collaborative education system with local industries.This practice has yielded notable achievements in training applicationoriented talents,providing valuable insights for application-oriented universities.Firstly,enterprises can enhance their involvement in talent training.Secondly,universities and enterprises can establish clear shared goals focused on developing high-quality innovative and skilled individuals.Lastly,universities and enterprises can integrate their resources and leverage complementary advantages.
