摘 要:产教融合在经济转型、产业升级和产业结构调整背景下成为国家战略决策部署之一,极大地推动高等教育和职业教育改革的深化。建设“政、行、校、企”四位一体的产教融合是校企合作体制机制的创新。然而在这个过程中由于行业、学校、企业分属不同部门,利益关系复杂,存在着难于逾越的困难,唯有政府发挥主导作用、合理配置资源、搭建平台创造合作生态,各参与主体都获得效益,才能使四位一体产教融合发挥最大的效用。Under the background of economic transformation,industrial upgrading and industrial restructuring,the integration of industry and education has become one of the national strategic decisions and arrangements,which has greatly promoted the deepening of higher education and vocational education reform.The construction of"government,industry,school and enterprise"four-in-one integration of industry and education is the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation system and mechanism.However,in this process,the industries,schools and enterprises belong to different sectors,so there are insurmountable difficulties in benefit distribution due to the relationship of interests.Therefore,only when the government plays the leading role,reallocates resources rationally,builds a platform,creates a cooperative ecology,and all participants gain benefits from it,can the four-in-one integration of industry and education achieve the greatest effect.
