摘  要:文章针对某大口径米波段雷达多种运输方式兼容及快速架设的需求,将天线阵面沿方位向分为左、中、右3个阵面,左/右阵面各通过4根液压缸实现90°折叠和保型。采用液压比例阀+行程传感器闭环控制,实现左/右阵面折叠时4根液压缸行程的高精度实时同步。研究结果表明,该折叠同步控制方法可满足大口径柔性雷达天线状态转换的快速要求,同时,具有工作可靠性强、同步精度高、刚性高等特点,有广阔的应用和推广前景。In order to meet the requirements of a large aperture meter-band radar compatible with multiple transportation modes and rapid erection,the antenna array is divided into three arrays(left,middle and right)along the azimuth.The left and right formations are each flipped 90°and maintained through four hydraulic cylinders.Adopting hydraulic proportional valve and travel sensor closed-loop control,to achieve high-precision real-time synchronization of the travel of four hydraulic cylinders when the left/right front is flipped.Research results showed that this synchronous control method for deployment and retrieval can meet the rapid requirements of state transition for large-diameter flexible radar antennas,and has the characteristics of strong working reliability,high synchronization accuracy,and high rigidity.It has broad application and promotion prospects.
