摘  要:目的:基于正电子发射断层扫描(PET)/CT,探讨汉族及维吾尔族2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者对^(18)F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)生理性摄取差异及影响因素。方法:选取医院收治的180例T2DM患者,按照是否口服二甲双胍(MET)分为口服MET组和未口服MET组,每组90例(其中维吾尔族与汉族各45例);另选取同期进行体检的90名健康检查者为健康对照组(其中维吾尔族与汉族各45名)。所有受检者均行^(18)F-FDGPET/CT扫描,比较不同组别、不同民族受检者肠道对^(18)F-FDG的最大标准化摄取值(SUV_(max)),同时比较3组不同民族受检者一般临床资料及相关血液学指标与肠道SUV_(max)的相关性。结果:健康对照组、未口服MET组及口服MET组3组中的维吾尔族受检者SUV_(max)均明显高于汉族,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.89,t=-5.06,t=-4.84;P<0.05)。3组汉族及维吾尔族受检者的SUV_(max)比较有统计学意义(F=15.64,F=15.88;P<0.05)。口服MET组汉族及维吾尔族受检者SUV_(max)均明显高于健康对照组汉族及维吾尔族受检者(t=9.43,t=8.87;P<0.05);口服MET组的两族受检者的SUV_(max)均明显高于未口服MET组(t=8.99,t=9.38;P<0.05)。健康对照组中,汉族及维吾尔族受检者SUV_(max)与甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及体脂率呈正相关性(r_(TG)=0.295,r=0.323;r_(LDL)=0.373,r=0.437;r_(体脂率)=0.475,r=0.544;P<0.05),与高密度脂蛋白(HDL)呈负相关性(r=-0.302,r=-0.38;P<0.05)。未口服MET组中,汉族及维吾尔族受检者^(18)F-FDG的摄取与空腹血糖(BG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)均呈负相关性(r_(BG)=-0.284,r=-0.364;r_(HbA1c)=-0.336,r=-0.402;P<0.05)。BG≤8 mmol/L的汉族及维吾尔族的受检者SUV_(max)显著高于BG>8 mmol/L的受检者(t=6.71,t=6.44;P<0.05);HbA1c≤7.0%汉族及维吾尔族的受检者SUV_(max)高于HbA1c>7.0%的受检者(t=4.86,t=8.31;P<0.05)。结论:健康人群中,维吾尔族肠道SUV_(max)值较汉族明显增高。口服MET的T2DM患者血糖控制水平与^(18)F-FDG摄�Objective:To explore the differences of physiological uptake for fluoro-18-deoxyglucose(^(18)F-FDG)between Han and Uighur nationality subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and the influence factors of that based on positron-emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT).Methods:A total of 180 T2DM patients who admitted to hospital were selected,and they were divided into oral metformin(MET)group and non-oral MET group according to whether they took MET by mouth,with 90 cases in each group that included 45 Han nationality subjects and 45 Uighur nationality subjects in each group.At the same time,the other 90 health subjects who underwent physical examination were divided into health control group,which included 45 Han nationality subjects and 45 Uighur nationality subjects in health control group.All of subjects underwent^(18)F-FDG PET/CT scan,and the maximum standard uptake value(SUV_(max))of different groups and different nationalities for^(18)F-FDG were compared.At the same time,the generally clinical data between different nationalities in each group were compared,and the correlations of relevant blood indicators and the intestine SUV_(max)in different nationalities in each group were analyzed.Results:The SUV_(max)values of Uygur subjects were significantly higher than those of Han subjects in each group of healthy control group,non-oral MET group and oral MET group,with statistically significant differences(t=-2.89,t=-5.06,t=-4.84,P<0.05),respectively.There were significant differences in SUV_(max)value of same nationality among three groups(F=15.64,F=15.88,P<0.05),respectively.The SUV_(max)values of Han subjects and Uygur subjects in oral MET group were significantly higher than those in health control group(t=9.43,t=8.87,P<0.05),respectively.The SUV_(max)values of Han subjects and Uygur subjects in oral MET group were significantly higher than those in nonoral MET group(t=8.99,t=9.38,P<0.05),respectively.In health control group,the SUV_(max)values both of Han and Uygur subjects were positive correlat
