摘  要:住院医师规范化培训(规培)是提高临床医师专业技能水平的重要手段。超声医学作为影像类学科,操作性强,亚专业组多,需要根据规培的需要制定合适的教学方法。在超声医学专业的规培教学中,笔者以妇科介入超声教学内容为例,超声医学专业基地对学习空间、教学师资及学习环境等实施了专业性的布局,尝试采取多元化教学模式,突出培养超声医学专业规培生的专业理论、动手技能、职业道德及医学人文等,提升超声医学专业教学的内涵及质量,最终有利于提高医院医疗质量及患者满意度。Standardized training of residents physicians(standardized training)is an important means to improve the professional skills of clinicians.As an imaging subject,ultrasound medicine has strong operability and many sub-professional groups.It is necessary to formulate appropriate teaching methods according to the needs of standardized training.In the standardized training teaching of ultrasound medicine specialty,the author takes the teaching content of gynecological interventional ultrasound as an example.The ultrasound medicine specialty base has implemented a professional layout of learning space,teaching teachers and learning environment,and tries to adopt a diversified teaching mode,highlighting the professional theory,hands-on skills,professional ethics and medical humanities of standardized training students of ultrasound medicine specialty,so as to improve the connotation and quality of ultrasound medicine specialty teaching,and ultimately help to improve the hospital medical quality and patient satisfaction.
