摘　　要：目的探讨不同消毒方法在骨科手术使用铅衣消毒管理中的应用价值。方法选取2022年6月医院骨科手术使用的46件铅衣作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组23件。对照组使用含氯消毒液进行消毒管理,观察组使用季铵盐消毒湿巾进行消毒管理。比较两组消毒管理时间和消毒管理前后的表面细菌计数、消毒合格率及消毒后1 h的安全性能合格率。结果观察组消毒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒管理前1 h、消毒管理后1 h,两组表面细菌计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);消毒管理后24 h,观察组表面细菌计数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒后1 h,两组消毒合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);消毒管理后24 h,观察组消毒合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒管理后1 h,两组安全性能合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论季铵盐消毒湿巾用于骨科手术使用铅衣的消毒,可缩短消毒时间,同时提高消毒效果和合格率,且不影响铅衣的安全性能。Objective The application value of different disinfection methods in the disinfection management of lead clothing used in orthopedic surgery was explored.Methods With selection of 46 pieces of lead clothing used in orthopedic surgeries at the hospital in June 2022 as the research subjects,the clothes were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 23 pieces in each group.With the use of chlorinecontaining disinfectant for disinfection management in the control group,and the use of quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant wipes for disinfection management in the observation group,the disinfection management time,surface bacterial count before and after disinfection management,disinfection qualification rate,and safety performance qualification rate at 1 hour after disinfection management were compared between the two groups.Results The disinfection management time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 h before and 1 h after disinfection management,there was no significant difference in surface bacteria count between the two groups(P>0.05);After 24 hours of disinfection management,the surface bacterial count of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 1 hour of disinfection management,there was no statistically significant difference in the disinfection qualification rate between the two groups(P>0.05);After 24 hours of disinfection management,the disinfection qualification rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 1 hour of disinfection management,there was no statistically significant difference in the safety performance qualification rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant wipes for the disinfection management of lead clothing in orthopedic surgery can shorten the disinfection man
