阿托品滴眼液联合OK镜改善近视儿童眼表指标的效果研究

摘　　要：目的将阿托品滴眼液联合OK镜治疗的方法应用于儿童近视治疗当中,分析其治疗效果。方法本研究为前瞻性研究,以随机双盲的方式实施对比研究,将2021年3月至2022年4月作为研究区间,选取厦门眼科中心有限公司医学验光配镜部近视儿童100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=50)和联合组(n=50),对比两组患儿的最佳矫正近视力、裸眼视力、眼睑板腺功能、角膜荧光素染色评分、角膜参数、眼轴长度、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前的最佳矫正近视力、裸眼视力、眼睑板腺功能、角膜荧光素染色评分、角膜参数、眼轴长度对比均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。治疗后,两组最佳矫正近视力、眼睑板腺功能、角膜荧光素染色评分对比均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。联合组裸眼视力优于对照组,联合组角膜曲率和厚度均低于对照组,且联合组的眼轴长度增长量较对照组低(均P<0.05)。此外,两组患儿不良反应发生率差异均无计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论阿托品滴眼液联合OK镜治疗的方式可在一定程度上改善近视儿童的眼表指标。Objective To apply atropine eye drops combined with OK lens in the treatment of children's myopia and analyze its therapeutic effect.Methods This study is a prospective study conducted in a randomized double blind manner.From March 2021 to April 2022,100 children with myopia in the medical optometry and matching department of Xiamen Ophthalmology Center Co.,Ltd.were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=50)and a combination group(n=50).The best corrected near vision,naked eye vision,eyelid gland function,corneal fluorescence staining score,corneal parameters of the two groups of children were compared eye axis length and incidence of adverse reactions.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the best corrected near vision,naked eye vision,eyelid gland function,corneal fluorescence staining score,corneal parameters,and axial length before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of optimal corrected near vision,eyelid gland function,and corneal fluorescence staining scores(all P>0.05).The naked eye vision of the combination group was better than that of the control group,and the corneal curvature and thickness of the combination group were lower than those of the control group,and the increase in axial length of the combination group was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).In addition,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children(all P>0.05).Conclusions Atropine eye drops combined with OK lens can improve the ocular surface indexes of myopic children to a certain extent.
