健脾利水方治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析健脾利水方治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的临床疗效。方法选取68例肝硬化顽固性腹水患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(34例,采用常规西药治疗)与观察组(34例,采用健脾利水方治疗)。对两组的治疗效果进行对比。结果两组患者在采取相应治疗措施后均取得一定效果,但观察组在采用健脾利水方治疗后,其中医证候积分、肝肾功能指标、腹水相关指标、门静脉血流动力学指标、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝硬化顽固性腹水治疗过程中,采用健脾利水方治疗可有效改善其相关症状,提升其肝肾功能,促进其腹水消退,改善其门静脉血流动力学指标平,从而提升其生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Lishui Formula in treating stubborn ascites in liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 68 cirrhotic patients with intractable ascites were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(34 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and observation group(34 cases,treated with Jianpi Lishui prescription).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Both groups of patients achieved certain results after taking corresponding treatment measures,but the observation group showed better TCM syndrome scores,liver and kidney function indicators,ascites related indicators,portal vein hemodynamic indicators,and quality of life scores than the control group after using Jianpi Lishui formula treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of refractory ascites in liver cirrhosis,the use of Jianpi Lishui formula can effectively improve its related symptoms,enhance its liver and kidney function,promote the resolution of ascites,improve its portal vein hemodynamic indicators,and thus improve its quality of life.
