摘　　要：泽漆汤是张仲景治疗痰饮咳嗽的代表方,其方证病机为痰饮内伏胸胁,积久化热,伤及阳气,故治以逐痰化饮,通阳扶正,兼清热以散结。该方重用泽漆三斤,以消痰化饮。紫参性苦寒,清肺金以泻热,降冲逆而破凝塞,清咳嗽而止疼痛。白前色白性寒,专入肺经,降气祛痰。黄芩善消痰利水,清肺中火气。半夏体滑性燥,有除湿化痰,降逆利水之能。两药合用,既可降逆止咳化痰治其标,又可清水饮郁积之火,开郁利水治其本。人参、甘草培补元气以建中焦,培土以制水,绝其水饮泛溢之根源。桂枝、生姜通阳散饮。全方攻补兼施、寒温并用,再以荡涤秽浊的东流水煎煮泽漆,引诸药直达病所,发挥祛痰止咳,利饮消肿,清泻肺热之效。此药频服,峻药缓攻,为水盛正虚,猛攻恐伤其正,故频服以涤水饮而扶其正。现代用泽漆汤治疗本虚标实、虚实错杂之肺部疾患,疗效显著。Alisma Decoction is Zhang Zhongjing's representative formula for treating cough due to phlegm-fluid retention.The pathogenesis is that phlegm-fluid retention is embedded in the chest and hypochthys,which can accumulate long and transform into heat,hurting yang qi,so the treatment is to expel phlegm and resolve retention,unblock yang and reinforce the healthy,and clear heat to disperse stasis.The formula heavily uses three jin of Zeqi(Herba Euphoribiae Helioscopiae)to resolve phlegm and remove retention.Zishen(Herba Salviae Chinensis)is bitter and cold,can clear lung to dissipate heat,lower qi counterflow and break coagulation blockage,clear cough and stop pain.Baiqian(Rhizoma Cynanchi Stauntoni)is white in color and cold in nature,enters the lung meridian to lower qi and remove phlegm.Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae)is good at eliminating phlegm and removing water,clearing fire in the lungs.Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)is slippery and dry,has the ability to remove dampness and resolve phlegm,reduce the counterflow of qi and remove water.The combination of the two medicines can not only reduce the counterflow of qi to stop cough and resolve phlegm,but also remove stagnation and induce diuresis.Renshen(Radix Ginseng)and Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)can tonify original qi to reinforce the middle energizer,bank up earth to restrain water,and eliminate the root cause of water retention.Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi)and Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiveris Recens)can unblock yang and disperse retention,use simultaneous elimination and reinforcement,combine cold and warm.Then Zeqi(Herba Euphoribiae Helioscopiae)is decocted with water to wash the dirty,leading all the medicines directly to the disease location,playing the role of resolving phlegm and stopping cough,inducing retention and removing swelling,clearing the lung heat.This formula should be taken frequently,because strong medicine for slow attack is suitable for excessive water retention and deficient healthy qi.Sharp attack may hurt the healthy,so taking it frequently to clean water
