摘　　要：胃结石是因摄入无法消化的物质于胃内长时间潴留所形成的团块状物质,形成原因多样,既无法被消化,也无法顺利经幽门排出异物。目前,临床将胃结石分为五大类型,该病早期无典型症状表现,随着病情发展,出现腹胀、腹痛、消化不良等临床症状,与其他胃肠道疾病症状表现极为相似,在临床鉴别中难度较大,极易出现误诊及漏诊。现阶段,临床对于胃结石的诊断多采用临床症状及体征、超声检查、胃镜检查、X线钡餐等方式,经上述检查后能明确胃结石具体情况,以采取相应的治疗方法。可乐治疗、药物治疗、内镜治疗、中医药是治疗胃结石常用手段,有助于促进结石的排出。故本文分别从胃结石诊断、治疗等方面进行总结与阐述,以为临床明确诊疗方向提供有效参考。Gastric bezoars are lumpy substances formed by ingestion of indigestible substances and retention in the stomach for a long time.There are various reasons for their formation,which can neither be digested nor be discharged smoothly through the pylorus.At present,gastric bezoars are classified into five major types in clinical practice.The disease has no typical symptoms in the early stage,but as the condition progresses,clinical symptoms such as abdominal distension,abdominal pain and indigestion appear,which are very similar to other gastrointestinal diseases.It is difficult to differentiate in clinical practice and is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.At present,clinical diagnosis of gastric bezoars often uses clinical symptoms and signs,ultrasound examination,gastroscopy examination,X-ray barium meal,and other methods.After the above examination,the specific situation of gastric bezoars can be determined and corresponding treatment methods can be adopted.Cola therapy,medication therapy,endoscopic therapy,and traditional Chinese medicine are commonly used methods for treating gastric bezoars,which help promote the elimination of bezoars.Therefore,this article summarizes and elaborates on the diagnosis and treatment of gastric bezoars,in order to provide effective references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
