摘　　要：研究生作为社会就业的主要力量,对于社会的稳定发展至关重要。线上招聘作为主要的招聘方式之一,使用人数逐年增加。文章首先利用网络爬虫技术,采集线上招聘中与计算机类研究生相关的岗位要求,获取当前就业环境下影响计算机类研究生就业的主要因素;然后通过LDA主题聚类方法对应聘所需的沟通能力、学习能力、进取心、计划和组织能力、团队精神、创新能力、自我管理能力、问题处理能力等要素进行分析与探讨;最后针对现存的问题给予相应的建议。文章对高校计算机类研究生的就业具有一定的指导意义,并期望可以提高研究生在应聘时的专业能力。As postgraduate students constitute a major force in social employment,their role is crucial for the stable development of society.Online recruitment has become one of the primary methods of hiring,with the number of users increasing year by year.This article firstly utilizes web scraping techniques to collect job requirements related to computer science graduates in online recruitment platforms,aiming to identify the key factors influencing the employment of computer science graduates in the current job market.Subsequently,employing the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic clustering method,the article conducts an analysis and exploration of the required skills and attributes for applicants,such as communication skills,learning abilities,initiative,planning and organizational skills,teamwork,innovation capabilities,self-management abilities,and problem-solving skills.Lastly,relevant suggestions are provided to address the existing issues.This article holds significant guidance for the employment of computer science graduates in higher education institutions and aims to enhance their professional competence during the job application process.
