摘　　要：目的探讨亚专业组的建立在消毒供应中心(CSSD)管理中的应用效果。方法根据某院CSSD再处理器械的结构、材质情况及手术室医疗分组、CSSD未来的发展需求,规划和组建10个CSSD护理亚专业组,比较亚专业组建立前后器械清洗不合格率、抽检不合格率和配送不准确或不及时率,并比较护士核心能力及工作满意度的差异性。结果亚专业组建立后器械清洗不合格率下降0.15‰(χ^(2)=6.102,P=0.015)、抽检不合格率下降4.8‰(χ^(2)=5.256,P=0.031)及配送不准确或不及时率下降0.11‰(χ^(2)=6.074,P=0.017),护士的核心能力提高26.74分(t=7.82,P<0.001),工作满意度提高18.42分(t=7.399,P<0.001),全体员工的理论成绩提高3.77分(t=12.796,P<0.001),操作成绩提高5.19分(t=15.228,P<0.001)。结论CSSD亚专业组的建立提高了器械再处理合格率及护士的工作效率及满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the establishment of sub-specialized group in the management of central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods According to the structure and material of CSSD reprocessing devices in a hospital,the medical group in operating room,and the future development needs of CSSD,10 CSSD nursing sub-professional groups were planned and formed,and the unqualified rate of instrument cleaning,unqualified rate of sampling and inaccurate or untimely delivery rates were compared before and after the establishment of the sub-professional group.The differences of nurses'core competence and job satisfaction were compared.Results After the establishment of the sub-professional group,the unqualified rate of instrument cleaning decreased by 0.15‰(χ^(2)=6.102,P=0.015),the unqualified rate of random inspection decreased by 4.8‰(χ^(2)=5.256,P=0.031),and the inaccurate or untimely delivery rate decreased by 0.11‰(χ^(2)=6.074,P=0.017).The core competence of nurses increased by 26.74 points(t=7.82,P<0.001),the job satisfaction increased by 18.42 points(t=7.399,P<0.001),and the theory of all staff increased by 3.77 points(t=12.796,P<0.001).Operation score increased by 5.19 points(t=15.228,P<0.001)Conclusion The establishment of CSSD sub-specialized group can improve the qualification rate of reprocessing equipment and the work efficiency and satisfaction of nurses.
