摘　　要：目的:探讨牙周组织再生术(GTR)联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎患者的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的慢性牙周炎患者96例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组予以GTR治疗,观察组予以GTR联合口腔正畸治疗,比较两组患者牙周指标、炎症因子水平、临床疗效及复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周平均附着及牙周探诊深度水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组患者白介素-8、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α及C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GTR联合口腔正畸对牙周炎患者的治疗效果显著,复发率较低,改善缓解炎症状态,恢复口腔功能,值得大力推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of periodontal tissue regeneration(GTR)combined with orthodontics on periodontitis.Methods:A total of ninety-six patients with chronic periodontitis treated in Qingdao Chengyang District People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty-eight cases in each group.The control group was given GTR treatment,and the observation group was given GTR combined with orthodontic treatment.Periodontal indexes,inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the plaque index,gingival index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,periodontal average adhesion and periodontal probing depth in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the levels of interleukin-8,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:GTR combined with orthodontics has a remarkable therapeutic effect on periodontitis patients,with a low recurrence rate,improving and relieving inflammation and restoring oral function,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
