摘  要:目的了解山西省市售食品中阪崎克罗诺杆菌的污染状况、耐药性及脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型特征。方法按照GB 4789.40—2016检验方法对样品进行鉴定,采用AST-GN16药敏卡对菌株进行药敏测定,应用PFGE进行分型鉴定。结果采集山西省市售的食品样品分离阪崎克罗诺杆菌,于2013年—2022年检测样品1050份,检出菌株80份,总检出率为7.62%。耐药结果表明,80株菌株对头孢唑啉、头孢西丁耐药率最高,达到98.75%,对头孢曲松等11种抗生素100.00%敏感。PFGE分型分为67种基因图谱,相似度在43.7%~100%,聚类相似度>90%的有5个亚型。结论山西省市售食品中阪崎克罗诺杆菌对头孢唑林和头孢西丁的耐药性较高,菌株间表现出较大的遗传多样性,需进一步加强监测工作。Objective This paper aims to investigate the contamination status,drug resistance and pulse field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)genotyping characteristics of Cronobacter sakazakii in food of Shanxi Province.Methods The samples were identified according to GB4789.40-2016 method,AST-GN16 drug sensitivity card was used to determine the drug sensitivity,and PFGE was used to identified molecular typing.Results In 2013-2022,1050 samples were collected from food samples sold in Shanxi Province for test.80 strains of Cronobacter sakazakii were isolated,with a total detection rate of 7.62%.The results showed that the resistance rate of 80 strains to cefazolin and cefoxitin was the highest,reaching 98.75%,and they were 100.0% sensitive to 11 kinds of antibiotics such as ceftriaxo.PFGE genotyping identified 67 gene maps with the similarity between 43.7% to 100.00%,and there were 5 subtypes with the cluster similarity greater than 90%.Conclusion The resistance of Cronobacter sakazakii to cefazolin and cefoxitin in food sold in Shanxi Province is high,and the genetic diversity among the strains is large,so further monitoring should be strengthened.
