摘 要:目的构建磁性固相萃取(MSPE)技术提取草莓中2种新烟碱类农药(啶虫脒和噻虫啉)的分析方法。方法以通过层层自组装的方式形成纳米级孔道的三维网状结构的金属有机框架材料(新型MOFs)为净化吸附剂,MSPE萃取富集样品溶液中的目标农药,结合高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定草莓中2种目标农药。本实验考察了吸附剂的量、pH值、振荡时间和洗脱溶剂的种类等因素对固相萃取效果的影响。结果在优化后的实验条件下,在5μg/ml~200μg/ml内,2种新烟碱类农药的线性关系良好,相关系数均≥0.992,回收率在106.7%~119.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.3%~9.8%,检出限为0.057 mg/kg~0.084 mg/kg。结论此方法简单、可靠,在测定食品中新烟碱类农药残留中具有较好的应用前景。Objective This paper aims to construct an analysis method for the determination of two neonicotinoid pesticides(acetamiprid and thiacloprid)in strawberry by magnetic-solid phase extraction(MSPE).Methods The metal organic framework materials(novel MOFs)with three-dimensional mesh structure of nanoscale pores formed by layer-by-layer self-assembly were used as purification adsorbents.The two target pesticides in the sample solution were extracted and enriched by MSPE,and then measured by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The influence factors such as the amount of material,pH value,oscillation time and the type of elution solvents during solid phase extraction were investigated in this experiment.Results Under the optimized experimental conditions,the two neonicotinoid pesticides had a good linear relationship in the range of 5μg/ml-200μg/ml with the correlation coefficients≥0.992.The recoveries were in the range of 106.7%-119.5%,with the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 3.3%-9.8%.The limits of detection(LODs)were within 0.057 mg/kg-0.084 mg/kg.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and has a good application prospect in the determination of neonicotinoid pesticide residues in food.
