摘　　要：运用定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,分析了京津冀地区家庭食物浪费的现状、问题和可能的原因。结果发现,虽然大部分家庭认为自家食物浪费不太严重,但食物浪费问题仍然存在,可能的主要原因为:缺乏食品采购规划和相关知识、食品包装不合理、缺少食物浪费回收平台等。此外,研究还发现在家庭食物节约教育中母亲起主导作用,父亲起辅助作用。基于调查结果,提出了搭建食物浪费回收平台、提供相关食物节约培训政策、创新宣传方式、优化食品包装等建议。This study used quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the current situation and possible causes of household food waste in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results showed that although most families thought their food waste was not serious,the food waste problem still existed.The main possible reasons included lack of food procurement planning and relevant knowledge,unreasonable food packaging,lack of food waste recycling platform,etc.In addition,mothers played a leading role and fathers played a supporting role in family food conservation education.Based on the survey results,this study put forward some suggestions,such as building a food waste recycling platform,providing relevant food conservation policies,innovating publicity methods,and optimizing food packaging.
