双高背景下涉农高职院校的发展困境与路径——以河南农业职业学院为例

摘  要:双高计划将扶持一大批优秀高职院校和专业群率先发展壮大,河南农业职业学院作为河南省唯一一所列入国家“双高计划”的涉农类职业院校,文章以其为研究对象,通过对其专业设置、师资队伍、学生就业情况、教育经费状况及国际化办学的发展现状进行简要分析,发现问题,并提出在“双高计划”背景下,学院应通过设置新兴涉农专业、强化“双师”队伍培训、激发学生“双创”活力、多主体筹措办学经费、全面提升国际化办学水平等措施来克服发展困境,以其实践经验发挥模范示范作用,促进涉农高职学校建设逐渐进入改革深水区,探索助力职业教育发展的有益路径。The"Double Height Program"will support a large number of outstanding higher vocational colleges and majors to take the lead in developing and expanding,Henan Agricultural Vocational College,as the only agriculture-related vocational college in Henan Province included in the national"Double Height Program".The article took it as the research object,through a brief analysis of its professional setting,teaching staff,students'employment situation,educational funds status and the development status of international school running,finding the problem.It is also proposed that under the backgroud of the"Double Height Plan",the college should overcome the development difficulties by setting up emerging agriculture-related majors,strengthening the training of"double teachers"team,stimulating the vitality of students'"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",raising school funds from multiple subjects,and comprehensively improving the level of international education.Playing an exemplary role with its practical experience,it has pushed the construction of agricultural-related higher vocational schools into the deep waters of reform,and explored beneficial ways to help the development of vocational education.
