摘 要:在储粮机械通风降温技术中,单管通风机的最佳处理深度一般在1~6 m,通常不超过8 m。目前南方大型筒式仓如浅圆仓,仓内粮堆深度一般都在20 m以上,一旦深层粮堆局部发热,仅靠单管通风机还不能处理。该研究采用多管组合通风(吸风)降温系统对普通单管通风机进行“单改多”改造。结果表明,该技改在浅圆仓安全储粮过程中发挥了很大作用,对粮堆深层局部发热点进行吸风通风降温,达到了彻底解决大型浅圆(筒)仓粮堆局部深层发热问题。In grain storage mechanical ventilation cooling technology,the best treatment depth of single tube fan is about 1-6 meters,usually not more than 8 meters.At present,large cylindrical warehouses in the south,such as shallow circular warehouses,generally have a grain pile depth of over 20 meters.Once the deep grain piles are locally heating,they cannot be dealt with only the single tube fan.In this study,the multi-tube combined ventilation(suction)cooling system was used to refit ordinary single-tube ventilators to"single-tube change to multitube".The results showed that this technical transformation played a great role in the safe storage of grain in shallow round silo,and carried out air suction,ventilation and cooling of local hot spots in deep grain pile,thus completely solved the local deep heating problem of large shallow round(silo)grain pile.
