“三创融合”视域下经管类人才素质提升路径研究

摘  要:高校要积极推动创新创业创造教育与专业教育相互融合模式,提升大学生“三创”实践能力,是经管类人才队伍适应社会需求的要求,也是高校人才培养与转型发展的重要路径。从“三创融合”发展必要性出发,阐述“三创融合”型人才素质发展目标,分析经管类人才“三创”教育培养模式、教育理念提升、实践型师资队伍培养、系统性实践教学体系存在的问题,并从培养模式、教师队伍、协同效应、教学实践体系以及保障机制等方面提出路径思考。Colleges and universities should actively promote the integration model of innovation and entrepreneurship creation education and professional education,and improve the practical ability of college students'"three innovations",which is the requirement for the economic and management talent team to meet the needs of society,and it is also an important path for the cultivation and transformation and development of talents in colleges and universities.Starting from the necessity of the development of"three innovations",this paper expounds the quality development goals of"three innovations"-type talents,analyzes the problems existing in the"three innovations"education and training model,educational concept improvement,practical teacher training,and systematic practice teaching system of economic and management talents,and puts forward path thinking from the aspects of training mode,teacher team,synergy effect,teaching practice system and guarantee mechanism.
