摘 要:【目的】黄鳝产卵繁殖对环境如土壤、水深、温度、光照等有特殊的要求。其仿生态人工繁养是指在温室大棚内模拟黄鳝野外繁殖和栖息的洞穴环境,营造适合黄鳝自行交配产卵的条件,通过提高其自身的野性、不断优化基因来开展人工繁殖和养殖的生产方式,旨在解决黄鳝苗种问题,保护黄鳝自然资源,确保黄鳝养殖产业的可持续发展。【方法】通过人工建造黄鳝产卵洞穴诱导黄鳝入洞穴交配产卵、模仿自然界微流环境进行孵化、制作仿生态水草丛作黄鳝和鳝苗的隐蔽物等方法开展黄鳝仿生态人工繁养技术试验研究。【结果】在仿生态环境下,黄鳝受精卵孵化率96.16%以上,黑仔苗出苗率90.98%,稚鳝出苗率35.73%,幼鳝出苗率93.95%,取得了较好的黄鳝苗种繁育效益。【结论】分析黄鳝仿生态人工繁养技术,为从事黄鳝养殖技术研究、推广和生产者提供参考。【Objective】The spawning and propagation of Monopterus albus have special requirements for the environment such as soil,water depth,temperature,light and so on.Its imitation of ecological artificial breeding refers to simulating the cave environment of wild breeding and habital of Monopterus albus in the greenhouse,creating conditions suitable for self-mating and spawning,and carrying out artifical breeding by improving its own wildness and continuously optimizing its genes.The aim is to solve the issue of Monopterus albus seedlings,protect the natural resources of Monopterus albus,and ensure the sustainable development of Monopterus albus breeding industry.【Method】In this paper,the experimental study on the artificial propagation and breeding technology of Monopterus albus was carried out by artificially constructing the oviposition cave of Monopterus albus to induce the mating and oviposition of Monopterus albus into the cave,imitating the natural micro-flow environment for hatching,and making the ecological aquatic grass as the shelter of Monopterus albus and Monopterus albus seedlings.【Result】Under the simulated ecological environment of Monopterus albus,the hatching rate of fertilized eggs was more than 96.16%,the emergence rate of black larvae was 90.98%,the emergence rate of juvenile Monopterus albus was 35.73%,and the emergence rate of young Monopterus albus was 93.95%,which achieved good breeding efficiency of Monopterus albus seedlings.【Conclusion】This paper analyzes imitation ecological artificial propagation and breeding technology of Monopterus albus,and provides reference for the research,promotion and producers of Monopterus albus breeding technology.
