摘 要:随着无人机在输电线路巡检中的广泛应用,变电站无人机巡检将是智能电网发展的重要方向之一,变电站设备周围空间的紧促性及电场分布的复杂性对无人机巡检安全距离提出了更高的要求。针对220 kV变电站,建立了母线和支柱绝缘子的有限元仿真模型,计算了无人机巡检时的空间电场分布,分析了无人机表面最大电场强度分布特征;基于放电测试平台,试验研究了无人机-母线间隙的起始放电电压,并以无人机表面最大场强和间隙平均电场强度为约束,评估了无人机巡检220 kV变电站时的安全距离。研究结果表明,当无人机与母线同高巡检时,两者之间的临界安全距离为25 cm;当无人机位于母线下方时,两者之间的临界安全距离为40 cm。With the widespread application of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)in transmission line inspection,substation UAV inspection will be one of the important directions in the development of smart grid.Due to the tightness of the space around substation equipment and the complexity of electric field distribution,higher requirements are put forward for the safety distance of UAV inspection.In this paper,for 220 kV substation the finite element simulation model of buses and post insulators is established,and the spatial electric field distribution during UAV during inspection is calculate,and distribution characteristics is analyzed on UAV surface of maximum electric field.Based on the discharge test platform,the initial discharge voltage of the gap between UAV and the bus was studied,and the safety distance of UAV inspection of 220 kV substation was evaluated with the constraints of the maximum surface field intensity and the average field intensity between the gaps.The research results show that the critical safety distance is 25 cm between UAV and the bus when they are at the same height,and the critical safety distance is 40cmwhen the UAV is under the bus.
