摘  要:为研究海拔对柴油机瞬态排放的影响及变化规律,试验了0、1.0、2.0和2.4 km海拔下柴油机恒转速增转矩瞬态模式时NO_(x)体积分数、烟度和颗粒数(PN)排放变化规律.同时,通过全球统一瞬态试验循环(WHTC)分析了不同海拔下柴油机NO_(x)、颗粒物(PM)和PN排放变化.结果表明:当增压压力、过量空气系数和废气再循环(EGR)率趋于稳定前,NO_(x)体积分数随海拔升高逐渐增大;当增压压力、过量空气系数和EGR率均趋于稳定后,NO_(x)体积分数随海拔升高而降低.不同海拔下,瞬态过程中烟度和PN均出现峰值,随着油门100%开度响应时间缩短和海拔升高,烟度和PN峰值逐渐增大.WHTC结果显示:随着海拔升高,NO_(x)、PM和PN排放均增大;与0 km海拔相比,1.0、2.0和2.4 km海拔下的NO_(x)排放分别增大了7.17%、12.69%和16.90%,PM排放分别增大了3.78%、13.64%和24.88%,PN排放分别增大了21.49%、48.86%和58.70%.In order to investigate the effect of altitude on transient emissions,variations of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))concentration,opacity smoke and particle number(PN)emissions with altitude and load were experimentally studied on a diesel engine under transient condition of constant speed but increased torque at different altitude of 0,1.0,2.0 and 2.4 km.Furthermore,brake specific NO_(x),particulate matter(PM)and PN emissions at different altitudes were analyzed using world harmonized transient cycle(WHTC).The results show that,before the boost pressure,excess air coefficient and EGR rate goes stable,the NO_(x)concentration increases gradually with the increase of altitude.But it decreases with the increase of altitude when the boost pressure,excess air coefficient and EGR rate are stable.Both the transient opacity smoke and PN show a peak value at different altitudes.The peak value of opacity smoke and PN increase gradually with a decrease of response time of 100%acceleration pedal and an increase of altitude.Results from WHTC analysis show that,brake specific NO_(x),PM and PN emissions increase gradually with the increase of altitude.Compared with 0 km altitude,the brake specific NO_(x)emissions at 1.0,2.0 and 2.4 km altitude increase by 7.17%,12.69%and 19.90%,the brake specific PM emissions increase by 3.78%,13.64%and 24.88%,and the PN emissions increase by 21.49%,48.86%and 58.70%,respectively.
