摘  要:重组木作为一种“小材大用、劣材优用”的绿色木质材料,是人工林速生材未来极具发展前景的加工利用途径之一,能够有效缓解我国木材的供需矛盾。本文围绕重组木的高性能化制备,重点阐述了不同处理工艺条件对其性能的影响,总结了其在工业化进程中面临的难题,并提出了相应解决方法。其中,着重针对重组木产品应用的高值化与功能化短缺的现状,根据重组木的性能特点构思了“重组木材色定向调控”及“高性能木质强化玻璃”的新概念,以期为我国速生材资源高值化利用的产业升级提供解决思路和途径。Recombinant wood,as a green application technology of wood materials with"small timber for large use and inferior timber for superior use",is one of the processing and utilization ways of fast-growing plantation timber with great development prospects in the future,which can effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of wood in China.Focusing on the high-performance preparation of recombinant wood,in this paper,the effects of different processing conditions on its properties were focused on,the problems it faces in the process of industrialization were summarized,and corresponding solutions were put forward.Among them,the new concepts of"directional control of the color of reconstituted wood"and"high-performance wood reinforced glass"were conceived based on the performance characteristics of reconstituted wood,focusing on the shortage of high value and functionality of the application of reconstituted wood products.It is expected to provide solutions and ways for the industrial upgrading of high value utilization of fast-growing wood resources in China.
