摘　　要：脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)是老年人认知功能损害和日常生活质量下降的主要原因之一。研究显示,CSVD与自主神经功能关系密切。CSVD患者可能会伴随心血管、内分泌、胃肠道、排尿、睡眠障碍等多方面的自主神经功能障碍。Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is one of the main causes of cognitive impairment and decreased the quality of daily life in the elderly.Researches have shown that CSVD is closely associated with autonomic nervous function.Patients with CSVD may be accompanied by cardiovascular,endocrine,gastrointestinal,urination,sleep disorders and other autonomic dysfunction.
