摘 要:为了提高发动机的节能效益和排放性,以某型高强化船用柴油机为研究对象,开发了智能冷却系统,并制定了覆盖柴油机全工况的控制策略,设计了变论域模糊控制算法和“T-S模糊控制+BPPID”控制算法,分别控制电子节温器和电控冷却水泵。开展了智能冷却系统验证实验,结果表明:暖机工况下,智能冷却系统提高冷却水温升速率1.22倍,缩短波动时间34.85%,降低最大波幅50%,缩短暖机时间60.42%;负荷突变后,冷却水温仅产生短时间、小幅度波动,波动时间和最大波幅分别降低67.74%~83.33%和39.13%~47.37%,最终稳定在目标温度;停机后,冷却水温迅速下降,避免了“热浸”现象。选取6个典型推进工况点,开展了节能分析实验,结果表明:智能冷却系统平均减少总耗功39.03%,平均节省燃油消耗率3.1%。智能冷却系统具备良好的动、静态控制品质,能够加快暖机、实现精确冷却、避免停机后水温飙升,并且节能效益显著。In order to improve the energy efficiency and emission of engine,an intelligent cooling system was developed for a highly intensified marine diesel engine.The control strategy covering all operating conditions of diesel engine was formulated.The variable universe fuzzy control algorithm and the"T-S fuzzy control+BP�PID"control algorithm were designed to control the electronic thermostat and the electronic cooling water pumps respectively.The verification experiment of the intelligent cooling system was carried out.The results show that under the warm-up condition,the intelligent cooling system increases the cooling water temperature rise rate by 1.22 times,shortens the fluctuation time by 34.85%,reduces the maximum amplitude by 50%,and shortens the warm-up time by 60.42%.After the sudden change of load,the cooling water temperature only fluctuates for a short time and in a small range,and the fluctuation time and maximum amplitude are reduced by 67.74%~83.33%and 39.13%~47.37%respectively,and finally stabilize at the target temperature.After shutdown,the cooling water temperature drops rapidly,avoiding the phenomenon of"hot soak".Six typical propulsion operating points are selected to carry out energy-saving analysis experiment.The results show that the intelligent cooling system reduces the total power consumption by 39.03%on average,and saves the average fuel consumption rate by 3.1%.The intelligent cooling system has good dynamic and static control quality,which can speed up the warm-up,achieve accurate cooling,avoid the surge of cooling water temperature after shutdown,and has re markable energy-saving benefits.
